In Armyansk, a 23-year-old local resident will answer for attempted murder

In Armyansk, the prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 23-year-old local resident. She is charged under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
According to investigators, in October 2023, while intoxicated and at her place of residence, the accused came into conflict with an acquaintance. During the quarrel, the girl stabbed the victim several times in the chest and back. She was unable to complete her criminal intent due to the resistance offered by the victim— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Armenian City Court for consideration on the merits. The attacker faces imprisonment for a term of 6 to 11 years.
