The same tactics was followed by one of the enterprises of the city of Armyansk, which owed wages to its employees in the total amount of 2 million 356 thousand rubles. In this connection, the employees of the bailiffs department for the city of Armyansk of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol received 181 enforcement proceedings for enforcement, according to which the debtor company was obliged to repay the accumulated debts to its labor collective on a voluntary basis within the prescribed period . However, the city’s enterprise was in no hurry to fulfill its debt obligations. As a result of the effective measures taken, in accordance with Federal Law 229 “On Enforcement”, employees of the bailiffs department for the city of Armyansk of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol recovered from the debtor enterprise in favor of employees the debts for unpaid wages in full.

The GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol recommends that employers adhere exclusively to the norms of the Labor Code of Russia and fulfill their obligations to their employees in full!
