CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Sadakliev, reported that in August of this year the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea received 32 appeals from citizens. Of these, 11 requests were received in electronic form, 21 in written form. The Minister emphasized that all appeals were considered within the competence of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, of which the applicants were informed within the time limits established by law. Some appeals were sent for consideration to various authorities in accordance with their powers. According to him, the most pressing topics of appeals were violations of fire safety requirements in the local area of apartment buildings, private households, as well as at a retail facility. In addition, citizens addressed the issue of declaring gratitude to the employees of the State Public Institution of the Republic of Crimea “CRIMEA-SPAS”.
The Ministry pays close attention to the completeness and quality of responses to citizens’ appeals and reducing the time for their consideration, as well as eliminating the reasons that cause repeated and collective complaints on issues that can and should be resolved in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea,” the department’s press service quotes Sergei Sadakliev.
