In connection with the construction of the Balaklava sewer manifold, from July 25 to the end of the tourist season, temporary changes are introduced to the organization of traffic in the area of the square on May 1 in Balaclava.
In connection with the growth of the number of personal vehicles, both local residents and from tourists, from July 25, a limited passage mode will be introduced at the entrances and the area of the area of the area on May 1. They will only be able to move in this zone:
— residents of Balaklava (residents of the streets on May 9, November 7, Bashen, Kirov, Gerasim Rubtsov, Kalich, Kuprin and Naberezhnaya Nazukin);
— Emergency employees;
— representatives of the service sector;
— Owners of small vessels.
During the first week, a new scheme will be valid in test mode. Passes for residents can be obtained at the office of the Balaklava municipal district and in the office of PJSC Mostotrest. Previously issued passes remain valid. Consultations on the issues of receiving a check are available by phone: 63-00-85.
The control of the access control will be monitored by traffic controllers, as well as employees of the Department of Transport, the Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure and Sevavtodor. The number of local duty officers will be increased.
City public transport will continue to move according to the established schedule in priority.
For guests, Balaklava will be available intercepting parking on Stroynaya Street. From it to Square on May 1, a temporary route with an interval of movement of 15 minutes will run. Payment of the fare on the shuttle will be carried out at the city tariff:
— 35 rubles — when paying in cash;
— 30 rubles — when paying with a bank card.

The contracting organization of Soyuzdonstroy JSC was set — to complete part of the construction work on the square on May 1 and bring it to proper condition. Over the next week, parking on the square will begin to function again.
