In Balaklava, an updated honor board was opened

Each first Saturday of June, Balaklava celebrates the anniversary of the city and nearby villages in a separate administrative unit. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev congratulated the inhabitants on this holiday. By tradition, the updated Board of Honor was opened in Balaklava.

8 teams and 21 residents of Balaklava came to it: a participant in the Great Patriotic War, doctors and winemakers, employees of education and culture, fire service, police, court workers, rationalists, and volunteers.

Mikhail Razvozhaev in his speech emphasized that the opening of the Honor Board is an opportunity to thank the most honored inhabitants of the city.

In Balaklava, people live who are in a special way to feel the earth, in a special way proud of this wonderful place. And, of course, people, characters create any place first of all. Those who work here every day are worried that the city flourishes. Now we understand that Balaklava is experiencing difficulties associated with large -scale construction work. After everything is completed, the result will be all our expectations, and Balaklava will become even more beautiful— said the head of the city.

The governor also presented awards to employees of the city hospital No. 9 in connection with the 135th anniversary of the medical institution.

Our wonderful 9th ​​hospital has a large anniversary-135 years. I am happy to give awards to our wonderful doctors, those who care about the health of the Balaklavians. The hospital is famous, especially individual directions are estimated high at the level of our country, and of course it will continue to develop, ”said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Balaklava is a really amazing place that has always been famous for its people, said Vladimir Germans, chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol.

The State Duma deputy Tatyana Lobach in his speech emphasized that this year the opening of the Board of Honor is special: on the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, an honorary citizen of the Balaklava municipal district of Sevastopol, Anna Ivanovna Klimanova, was entered.

I want to congratulate all groups on this wonderful holiday, to thank for work, because Balaklava is its inhabitants. Today we are opening the updated Honor Board, and this event is special: in the year of the 80th anniversary of our victory, Veteran Anna Ivanovna Klimanova is entered on the Board of Honor-she is 101 years old and she is with us today. We have someone to equal! Balaklava confidently goes forward and is sure that our wonderful pearl will shine for the benefit of both the hero city of Sevastopol and the whole country— said the deputy.

In Sevastopol there is not a single person who would not love Balaclava, the Senator of the Russian Federation Larisa Melnik emphasized.

A beautiful city, beautiful people, places are so wonderful that there is no person in Sevastopol who would not love Balaclava. Each of us seeks to walk along the streets here, inhale the smell of the sea, ride a boat, admire beautiful views. It’s very cool that Balaklava continues to flourish — it will continue, ”the senator emphasized.
