In border regions (in Crimea and Sevastopol too) elections will be held using door-to-door voting

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Elections in the Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk regions, Crimea and Sevastopol in September will be held using two forms of additional voting, including door-to-door voting. The same decision was made in relation to the city of Orsk (Orenburg region) at a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.

Also, according to the decision of the Central Election Commission, voting will be held in these regions for those living in places where there are no special premises. «Decision is made», — quotes TASS Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova.

Household voting in the Bryansk region also applies to by-elections to the State Duma in single-mandate district 78. In the remaining two single-mandate districts — in the Rostov region (152) and Khakassia (35) only one additional form of voting will be available for by-elections — for those living in hard-to-reach places.
