In Crimea, 2 out of 3 HR managers believe that an employee working remotely has less chance of career growth than working in the office

In a service survey Superjob Representatives of companies practicing remote work from Crimea took part.
According to the majority of employers who employ remote employees, there is no difference in the quality of work of remote employees and their colleagues in the office. Every eleventh person believes that remote workers work better. 28% of respondents think it is worse.
65% of HR surveyed believe that an employee working remotely has less chance of career growth than his colleagues in the office. None of the respondents shares the opinion that there are more chances for promotion. Every fourth HR specialist (26%) assesses the chances of remote workers and office workers to be promoted as equal. 64% of employers who have remote employees do not need information about where the remote staff is working from: “The result of the work done is important.” Every fifth person is sure that information should be open: “It must be provided for security purposes,” — noted in the press service of the service.
Do Moscow companies pay remote employees from the regions at the level of the capital’s labor market or less? Only one company out of sixteen said that remote employees from the periphery are paid less than their colleagues from Moscow. At the majority of enterprises (83%), the terms of remuneration for remote and office staff are equal, regardless of the region.
