In Crimea, 21% of women still ask about plans for children in employment

Every fifth woman, when she gets a job, is asked the question of whether she plans to have children. However, most of the fair sex no longer face such issues. In a service survey Superjob Economically active women of Crimea took part.
Every fifth woman (21%) when employing, they ask the question of planning to have children in the near future. However, most of the fair sex (74%) do not face similar situations.
Employers often address this issue to young women under the age of 35 (24%), among women aged 35 to 45 years of only 14%. Women with higher education are more often in such situations than with secondary professional: 22% versus 20%, respectively.
Participants of the survey with an income of more than 100 thousand rubles are asked about children a little more often than those whose earnings are less (22% versus 21%).
