To date, in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, title documents for 479 cooperatives and SNTs have been issued, and another 247 are in the process of being formalized. There are certain difficulties in the process of processing documents for land plots and property of citizens. This was announced by the Head of the RKK Sergei Aksyonov. According to him, one of the most problematic areas is the Kamensky massif in the city of Simferopol.
This procedure must be completed and each specific problem case must be dealt with manually.,” Aksyonov noted. — Together with the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea, work continues to ensure the conclusion of direct contracts between subscribers of cooperatives and SNT with Krymenergo, bypassing intermediaries, TP owners, and chairmen of cooperatives.
Let us remind you that according to the law, all gardening non-profit partnerships in Crimea created before 2014 must be legalized before November 1, 2024.
