In a survey of a job search service Superjob Employed men who were married to both planning children and employers from Crimea participated.
In Crimea, the number of companies where men enjoyed the right to leave a child up to 3 years old, at the moment — 11%.
The number of men who reject the possibility of departure on maternity leave is 55% (every third man completely denies this opportunity, and 22% consider it unlikely).
26% of real and potential fathers are ready if necessary to go on vacation to care for a child instead of a wife, another 19% consider this situation to be quite possible.
