In Crimea, 26 tons of low -quality products were seized and destroyed for six months

According to the results of checks for the first half of 2025, in the Crimea was seized and aimed at destroying more than 26 tons of food products. About this during a briefing in the press center RIA Novosti Crimea told the head of the Azov-Black Sea Directorate of the Rosselkhoznadzor Arsen Arziev,-reports Kerchfm

He clarified that basically these are meat, fish, dairy products that do not meet safety requirements. The reasons are expired expiration dates, lack of marking and non -compliance with quality indicators. The sampling was carried out by both manufacturers and in retail chains with which cooperation agreements were concluded at the supervisory authority.

Arziev added that the Rosselkhoznadzor pays special attention to identification and accounting of agricultural seizures. According to the established requirements, until December 1, 2025, the entire population of small cattle in the region should be marked and entered into the chariot system.

At the moment, only a third of the goals have been instituted into the system. Since the beginning of the year, the department issued more than 100 requirements to agricultural producers about the need for mandatory animal registration. In case of non-fulfillment, control and supervision measures are held and penalties are used.

The head of the regional administration also shared the results of work for 2024. According to the results of laboratory tests, 32 products of products were recognized as falsified, of which the majority of dairy products. The main violation is the replacement of dairy fat with vegetable, which distorts the composition and violates the requirements of GOSTs.

There may be special falsification, tax care. In the production of dairy products, the tax is 10%, if there is a replacement of dairy fats with vegetables, then the products are recognized as poor quality, and the tax increases to 20%, — explained Arziev.

In total, in 2024, more than 100 declarations were canceled without observing the full list of research or in non -accredited laboratories.

Inspections carried out in resort cities — Alushta, Feodosia, Sudak — revealed over 100 violations at catering enterprises. The main problems are the lack of registration in the Mercury system, as well as the lack of traceability of products, impaired storage periods and unexplored marking.
