In Crimea, 37 specialists have been employed under the “Zemsky Doctor/Paramedic” program

Since the beginning of 2024, 37 specialists have been employed in healthcare institutions of the Republic of Crimea under the Zemsky Doctor/Paramedic program. 21 doctors received a one-time compensation payment of 1 million rubles, and 10 paramedics, 5 nurses, and one midwife received a payment of 500 thousand rubles.
The largest number of specialists were attracted to the Bakhchisaray Central District Hospital — these are three general practitioners, two pediatricians, a surgeon and a nurse of the feldsher-obstetric station. Also, seven paramedics were attracted to the emergency medical service: four specialists in the urban-type settlement of Gvardeyskoye in the Simferopol District, one each in the urban-type settlement of Nikolaevka and the village of Kolchugino in the Simferopol District, as well as the urban-type settlement of Pochtovoye in the Bakhchisaray District. Five employees began working at the Simferopol Central District Clinical Hospital: a district general practitioner in the polyclinic, a district general practitioner in the Perovskaya District Hospital, a paramedic in the feldsher-obstetric station of the village of Chaykovskoye, a midwife in the feldsher-obstetric station of the village of Teplovka and a nurse in the medical outpatient clinic of the village of Fontany. Thanks to the implementation of the program, three specialist vacancies have been filled in the Dzhankoy district: a paramedic at the medical outpatient clinic in the village of Pobednoye, nurses at the FAPs in the villages of Blizhnegorodskoye and Rubinovka, — the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea reported.
Specialist doctors — a surgeon, an endoscopist and an obstetrician-gynecologist — have been employed at the Sovetskaya District Hospital. A urologist, a district pediatrician and an anesthesiologist-resuscitator have started working at the Starokrymskaya District Hospital named after Academician N. M. Amosov.
The Belogorsk Central District Hospital now employs an infectious disease specialist and an otolaryngologist, and the Sudak City Hospital employs a pediatrician and a general practitioner nurse.
In the Leninsky District, a district general practitioner was recruited to the central district hospital and a paramedic to the FAP in the village of Semennoye. A pediatric surgeon was also recruited to the Pervomayskaya Central District Hospital, a traumatologist-orthopedist to the Krasnogvardeyskaya Central District Hospital, and a district pediatrician to the medical outpatient clinic in the village of Mirny of the Yevpatoriya City Hospital.
By the end of this year, the Republic of Crimea plans to accept another 41 doctors under the «Zemsky Doctor» program, and 15 specialists with secondary medical education under the «Zemsky Paramedic» program. Work is underway to attract qualified personnel from both Crimea and other regions of the country to participate in the programs.
