In Crimea, 6 out of 10 workers are loyal to performing duties outside of their job description
CrimeaPRESS reports:
6 out of 10 employees are loyal to additional assignments from management and do not require payment for their implementation. In a survey by a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
4 out of 10 Crimeans believe that their bosses’ assignments often go beyond their job responsibilities. Another 25 years say that they sometimes work beyond their job description. SuperJob’s 25-year observations of job descriptions published by employers in job vacancies allow us to state that in the era of total digitalization, job descriptions require revision almost every year. Only a few today are lucky enough to have established job descriptions. Most have to work without paying attention to formalities.— the service’s press service reported.
77% of city residents agree to additional assignments from management: 60% — free of charge, 17% — only for additional payment. Only 10% of respondents refuse their superiors.
Those who are better versed in the issue of what is related to their duties and what is not are city residents with salaries of 100 thousand rubles or more: they most often work for extra pay.
