In Crimea, 8 out of 10 zomers ignore vacancies with salary by agreement

8 out of 10 representatives of the Z generation will not pay attention to vacancies with the salary by agreement. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
The main reasons why employers do not indicate a salary: the desire to establish a salary after an interview, study the expectations of a candidate and hide information from current employees or competitors. 74% of the inhabitants of Crimea biased to vacancies with a salary by agreement: 34% only sometimes respond to them, 40% — never.
Women often do not respond to vacancies at all, where the salary is hidden, or act selectively (79 and 69%, respectively).
8 out of 10 zomers ignore vacancies with salary by agreement (37% respond to such sentences sometimes, 44% do not consider them at all). Young people prefer specifics already at the stage of acquaintance with the vacancy. As the respondents note: “Salaries do not like bidding. The employer must clearly understand how much it is ready to pay ”(project administrator, 24 years); “If there is little information or the employer evades specifics, such vacancies are not interesting” (3D-Max visualizer, 19 years old).
In the conditions of a personnel deficiency, employers take into account requests of applicants: in 93% of vacancies on Superjob, the salary is indicated.
How to be a applicant, if a salary is hidden in vacancies: go for an interview with a clear understanding of how much you want to earn, and intelligible arguments in defense of your claims.
