In Crimea, 890 liters of alcoholic beverages “did not reach” buyers

As a result of the preventive measures taken by the officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sudak, a violation of the rules for the sale of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in one of the establishments of the city of Sudak was established.
Thus, the premises of the local bar do not meet the minimum requirements for public catering facilities, in addition to the lack of a separate entrance for guests and the lack of compliance with the requirements of the ventilation system, a number of other violations were identified. Thus, the requirements for the retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in the provision of catering services, specified in Part 4 of Art. 16 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated November 22, 1995 No. 171-FZ “On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol and Alcoholic Products”. In relation to the representative of the legal entity, a ruling was drawn up to initiate proceedings on an administrative offense and conduct an administrative investigation under Part 3 of Art. 14.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — «Violation of the rules for the sale of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products»— noted in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Crimea.
890 liters of alcoholic beverages were withdrawn from circulation.
The commission of this type of offense entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of one hundred to three hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.
Police officers remind that in case of revealing facts of illegal sale of alcoholic products, citizens should immediately inform the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sudak by phone 102, or by phone + 7 (36566) 3-45-45.
