In Crimea, a case was sent to court on the accrual of overcharged salaries to «my beloved»

Employees of the Crimean Linear Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Transport, together with operatives of the Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, as a result of working out the received operational information, established that one of the officials of the state railway transport enterprise illegally conducts payroll from the wage fund of the enterprise in oversized.
During the investigation of the criminal case, it was established that a 50-year-old native of Rostov-on-Don, holding the position of chief accountant of the largest cargo carrier in the region from May 2016 to October 2020, independently prepared and signed 20 additional agreements to her employment contract concluded with a transport company, with a constant increase in wages, without the obligatory coordination of these actions with a higher authorized body. Thus, the intruder caused material damage to the enterprise in an amount exceeding 4,400,000 rubles— reported the press service of the Crimean LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport.
The investigative department of the Crimean LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport completed the investigation of the criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Misappropriation or embezzlement on an especially large scale”, which, with the approved indictment, was sent to the Zheleznodorozhny Court of Simferopol for consideration on the merits. The involvement of the figurant in the crime has been proven.
At the time of the investigation, a preventive measure was chosen against the accused in accordance with Article 105.1. Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation «Prohibition of Certain Actions».
