Previously, the Cote d’Azur boarding house in Alushta belonged to the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky (listed as extremists and terrorists in the Russian Federation).
The price of the object may surprise you. On the one hand: wow, a huge boarding house by the sea. On the other hand, a suitcase without a handle, requiring billions of dollars in investment… But then draw your own conclusions: will someone be able to complete all this or would it be easier to demolish everything, hoping for a good place near the Black Sea… Photo selection from VK Overheard | ALUSHTA.
