In Crimea, a lady driver was brought to justice for flagrantly violating traffic rules. May be left without rights

On the social network, users complained about the driver of a BMW X6 car, who grossly violated traffic rules in Crimea. The traffic police took note of the information and carried out a number of operational measures.
It was established that on November 18, 2023 at 1:52 p.m. on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway on a two-way road, the driver, in violation of road marking requirements, drove into the oncoming lane, thereby creating a risk for a possible traffic accident. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. It turned out that the car was driven by a 37-year-old resident of Simferopol— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
A few days later, inspectors stopped a lady driver who did not comply with traffic rules in Simferopol.
A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving in violation of traffic rules into a lane intended for oncoming traffic). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to six months. The court will determine the punishment for the offender.
