In Crimea, a non-resident driver was held liable for grossly violating traffic rules, and social networks see everything
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In one of the social networks, a video was published in which the driver of the Hyundai car grossly violated the traffic rules on the highway in Crimea. The traffic police reacted promptly — the violator was found and held accountable.
It was established that on June 17, at 11:53 on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway on a two-way road, the driver, in violation of the road markings, crossed two solid lines and made a left turn, which created a risk for a possible traffic accident.
The State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the violator. It turned out to be a 31-year-old resident of Volgograd. In relation to the violator, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Turn to the left or turn in violation of the requirements prescribed by road signs or roadway markings)— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment — an administrative fine in the amount of one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles.
