In Crimea — a record number of shared participation agreements in construction

About 15 thousand shared participation agreements (DDU) in construction were registered in 2024 in the Crimea, this indicator has become a record since the return of the peninsula to Russia. This was reported in the press service of the State Register of the Republic.

Despite international sanctions and other factors affecting the economic situation, 2024 was statistically the most effective in the number of registered shared participation in construction in the Crimea. Almost 15 thousand DDU were registered by the committee employees, which is a record indicator in this direction all the time after the return of Crimea to the Russian Federation— quotes the message TASS.

As the chairman of the State Register of Crimea Inna noted, in 2024 a high demand for services in the field of state registration of real estate was preserved. In total, over 2.4 million such statements were accepted into the work, as well as requests for the provision of USRN information. According to the results of 2024, almost 93 thousand rights to objects of federal, state and municipal property were registered. This is necessary for work on federal, republican and municipal programs of socio-economic development.

Since 2014, the committee has processed over 21 million statements and requests, registered more than 4 million rights to private property objects.
