In Crimea, a suspect was detained in a robbery attacked 11 years ago

In May 2014, at one of the gas stations of the Nizhnyursky district, an unknown person, hiding his face under the mask, burst into the office premises, where, threatening employees with home -made weapons, captured the organization’s money. The investigator of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nizhnyursky district opened a criminal case on the grounds of the corpus delicti under Part 3 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Then it was not possible to detain the suspect in hot pursuit. However, work on the disclosure of the crime did not stop. As a result of a set of operational-search measures, as well as thanks to modern examinations, police officers established the identity of a possible raider and its location-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.

Employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea with power support for the special forces of the regional department of the Russian Guard detained the suspect at the place of residence. The defendant was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention.

Currently, measures are being held aimed at establishing other possible accomplices of unlawful activities of the detainee.
