In Crimea, the Razdolnensky District Court issued a verdict in a criminal case against a local resident. Based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, she was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“giving a bribe”).
During the trial, it was established that the defendant, knowing for certain that there were no legal grounds confirming the emergence of ownership of the land plot, transferred funds in the amount of 111 thousand rubles to an employee of the territorial body of the State Committee for the illegal registration of ownership of the land plot.— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the woman to 3 years in prison to be served in a general regime correctional colony. She was also given a fine of 1.1 million rubles. The verdict did not enter into legal force. A criminal case against a former Goskomregister employee is pending in court.
