In Crimea, about 39 thousand hectares of unclaimed lands were returned to municipal property

In the Republic of Crimea, work continues to arrange municipal property and return to the agricultural turnover of unclaimed land shares. This was reported in his Telegram channel by the head of the Republic of Crimea. According to Sergey Aksyonov, the area of actually abandoned lands that are not used and do not benefit either to people or the state, according to the data on June 26, 2025, more than 44 thousand hectares.
Most of all such land in the Razdolnensky, Leninsky, Belogorsky, Krasnoperekop and Pervomaisky districts. Both out of court and through courts, about 39 thousand hectares were returned to municipal property,-quotes the press service of the head of Crimea.
Returned lands are leased to agricultural producers. According to operational information, more than 17.8 thousand hectares have already been transmitted.
Sergei Aksyonov added that the work on the registration of unclaimed land shares in municipal property is planned to be completed before December 1, 2025.
