In Crimea, amendments were adopted to the law on the provision of land plots to participants of the SVO
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, at the next meeting of the republican parliament, amendments to Articles 4 and 6-1 of the law “On the provision of land plots owned by the Republic of Crimea or municipal property, and some issues of land relations” were adopted in the first reading, introduced in order to clarify the conditions and procedure for the provision of land plots for SVO participants and their family members, taking into account the obtained law enforcement practice.
The bill provides that when determining the right of participants in a special military operation to be provided with a land plot are not taken into account:
1) the presence of another land plot, with the exception of cases where the land plot is provided to a citizen for performing tasks or participating in hostilities during a special military operation;
2) the fact of alienation of a land plot and (or) residential premises, including a residential building, with the exception of the case of alienation of a land plot provided to a citizen for performing tasks or participating in hostilities during a special military operation;
3) a citizen is in line for the provision of a land plot for other reasons not related to participation in a special military operation.
In addition, Article 6-1 is supplemented by paragraph 18:
The provision of a land plot located in republican or municipal ownership to a citizen for performing tasks or participating in hostilities during a special military operation is permitted only on one of the grounds specified in paragraphs 3-4, 11-12 of part 1 of article 4.
As noted in the Crimean Parliament, the adoption of this bill will improve the legal framework for regulating relations related to the provision of land plots to participants in a special military operation and members of their families.
