In Crimea since the beginning of the year, more than 2300 citizens of the preferential category have passed free spa treatment. This was reported by the Department of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) in the Republic of Crimea.
Federal beneficiaries are entitled to free spa treatment. For six months, 2756 vouchers were purchased to provide Crimeans of preferential categories. More than 2.3 thousand inhabitants of the region have already passed sanatorium-resort treatment in health resorts, — said in the message.
The social fund reminded that the Crimeans can receive a free ticket, provided that a set of social services in terms of sanatorium-resort treatment is preserved in kind. The ticket is distinguished in the presence of indications and the absence of contraindications for treatment.
The sanatorium profile is determined by the doctor. If, in addition to providing a ticket, the recipient has chosen the provision of in -natural form of services to travel to the place of treatment and vice versa, then the road to the sanatorium will be free for him, — emphasize experts.
Free tickets are also ensured that accompanying some categories of beneficiaries, for example, for citizens with diseases and consequences of spinal cord injuries, as well as for children with disabilities.
The duration of spa treatment is 18 days, for children with a disability-21 days, and for citizens with diseases and consequences of injuries of the spinal cord and brain-from 24 to 42 days— specified in the social fund.
Earlier, the head of the Association «Tourist Alliance of Crimea» Svetlana Voznoy said that the Crimean sanatoriums and hotels in this holiday season increase the number of wellness services, which attracts more and more tourists.
