Specialists of the Public Legal Company «Unified Customer in the Field of Construction» and the contracting organization began the installation of windows and stained glasses in the new sleeping building of the Dnepr sanatorium of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The total area of the building exceeds 9.5 thousand square meters. meters. To date, the builders have already erected eight aboveground floors of the new corps, as well as one underground floor. Now at the facility, work on glazing, the installation of external walls and internal partitions, the installation of engineering systems and the decoration of a number of internal premises. They also added that the key feature of the new building is its appearance, which is a complex geometric shape, which will harmoniously combine with the surrounding landscape of the terrain. The total glazing area of a new building exceeds 3.3 thousand square meters. meters.
In the new sleeping building, one -room and two -room double rooms will appear, each of which will be equipped with a bathroom and a balcony. Also, the building will have a dining room, household, service and administrative premises.
In the adjacent territory of the new building, builders will create a comfortable environment for visitors: they will equip comfortable driveways, illuminated pedestrian paths and comfortable walking areas.
The sanatorium «Dnipro» of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is located 16 km from Yalta, in the village. GASPRA in an old park of regional significance. The institution specializes in the treatment of diseases in the field of cardio-pulmonology, neurology, dentistry and traumatology-orthopedics.
