In Crimea, by November 1, a fair tariff for the maintenance of the common property of apartment buildings must be established
CrimeaPRESS reports:
All information on how and what a particular tariff is composed of must be accessible to the population. People need to be able to independently determine the level of work of management organizations, and if something happens, file a complaint with the housing inspectorate. The corresponding methodological recommendations, written in simple, understandable language, should be published on the website of the register of apartment buildings of the republic. In general, work to establish a fair amount of payment for the maintenance of common property of apartment buildings should be completed by November 1– the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.
Sergei Aksyonov also instructed to hold seminars within a month for employees of all management organizations of the republic, at which the best and worst practices for creating a fair tariff policy should be studied.
According to information from the head of the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea, the chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Crimea, Dmitry Razumovsky, in the republic 11,743 houses correspond to the status of MKD.
We held on-site meetings with people, analyzed appeals, and inspected all the houses whose residents were not satisfied with the tariff or the work of the management organization. Initially, 970 problematic apartment buildings were identified, today there are 398 of them. By November 1, this work will be completed: depending on the situation, either the amount of payment will be reduced or the number of services provided will be increased within the current tariff,” explained the head of the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea.
In addition, Dmitry Razumovsky said that a decision had been made to create a public housing inspection. “Members of this inspection will have official status and are endowed with certain rights in relation to local government bodies. These are active and competent citizens who will be able to draw up inspection reports for apartment buildings, to which the housing inspectorate and local authorities will be required to respond,” added the chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Crimea, taking into account the order of the Head of Crimea to form a public body to provide feedback to the population within a month .
