In Crimea, credit history checks are most often faced by account managers, sales and purchasing managers

Almost every fourth company checks candidates’ credit histories. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies and economically active citizens took part.
Every sixth employer checks the history of fulfillment of obligations on loans and borrowings of all candidates, another 6% of companies act selectively.
15% of economically active Crimeans faced a credit history check when applying for employment. The older the respondents and the higher their income level, the more among them there are those who are familiar with such an entrance test.
Among representatives of common professional groups, those who are directly related to profit and finance, and inventory items are more often forced to undergo a credit history check. During employment, every fourth account manager, 24% of sales specialists, 23% of suppliers have encountered such a test. Employers check HR people because they are involved in the formation of budgets, calculation of earnings, benefits and compensation (19% of respondents), logisticians (16%), sellers and storekeepers (13% each).
