In Crimea, doctors and teachers have the worst work-life balance
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Doctors and teachers are least likely to achieve a balance between work and personal life. In a service survey SuperJob Employed citizens from Crimea took part.
45% of workers maintain a work-life balance. 33% are focused primarily on work. 6% — in personal life. Moreover, Crimeans over 45 years of age are more often in the balance today. Judging by the comments, due to the lack of personnel in the labor market, young people are forced to work more actively, and mature city dwellers, although they have not stopped working hard, feel more confident in their workplaces: due to the demographic gap, there will be no one to replace them for a long time,” noted the service’s press service.
Among common occupational groups, pharmacists, salespeople, and secretaries were more likely to talk about work-life balance. Those who are focused on work are more common among doctors and teachers.
