Stambulnikova specified that in the velvet season, guests prioritize properties located further from the coastal zone — these are estates, eco-estates, country houses, villas. According to her, it is expected that in September, hotels will reduce prices by 30-40%.
The expert noted that the booking leverage for vacations on the Crimean peninsula had decreased to several days by the end of summer. To increase demand, many Crimean hotels are launching special promotions, such as price freezes — selling rooms of certain categories at “winter” prices.
