This summer, due to the heat, employers introduced reduced days, additional days off and transferred some employees to remote work. Representatives of companies from the Crimea took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.

9% of Crimean companies changed the work schedule of office workers this summer. In 90% of companies, the mode of operation has not changed. Most often, changes in working hours due to the weather were made by companies with up to 100 employees (10%).
