Precipitation in February in Crimea fell 23.6 mm, 63% below the monthly norm.
The forecast of the hydrometeorological center for March shows the unstable nature of the weather in the region: the average monthly air temperature is a plus of 4.9 degrees, over the past 30 years has increased by 1.3 degrees.
