In Crimea in 2025, more than 1.7 thousand employers legalized labor relations with employees

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on social policy Zhanna Khutorenko, the head of the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Crimea, Roman Nozdrachev, deputy department of the Department of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea Tatyana Sapronova, deputy head of the department — head of the department of citizens of the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea Galina Prokhorenko, head Department of the Organization of Executive Practice of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Ruslan Khalilyaev, director of the association of employers of the Republic of Crimea Igor Grinev.
During the meeting, issues of increasing the effectiveness of counteracting illegal employment in a number of municipalities, interaction between the working groups of the commission, tax authorities and prosecution bodies in order to identify the risks of not registering labor relations, and underestimated the size of wages were discussed. Joint decisions have been developed aimed at eliminating the relevant risks.
This year, more than 2 thousand employers were heard at the meetings of the commission’s working groups who have found the risks of illegal employment, of which more than 1.7 thousand have already complied with the recommendations of working groups for employment contracts with employees and raising wages. In relation to those who have not fulfilled the recommendations of employers to the prosecutor’s office and the labor inspectorate for the work of the Republic of Crimea, more than 170 materials were sent to take response measures.
When discussing issues of wage arrears, it was noted that as a result of the measures taken since the beginning of 2025, the debt was fully repaid at two enterprises in the amount of 4.2 million rubles. According to Crimenstat, one enterprise remains such a debt to 1 employee in the amount of 1.6 million rubles.
According to the results of the four months of the current year, the Republic of Crimea among subjects of the Southern Federal District in terms of amount of wage payments takes 3rd place (at the beginning of 2025 — 4th place).
The meeting also approved the compositions of the working groups of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Republic of Crimea to pay off wage arrears in municipalities, the work plan of this commission for 2025.
