In Crimea, large businesses most often work on their reputation on the Internet.
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Almost 3 out of 10 large companies struggle with negative reviews from employees and job seekers on the Internet. Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
In Crimea, every sixth company works with negative reviews on the Internet. Judging by the comments, most often employers enter into a public dialogue with the authors of the complaints and provide feedback. Often, company representatives contact the portal administration with a request to remove unflattering reviews and provide facts that refute the negative information. Another way to solve the problem is to motivate staff to write positive reviews. It is worth noting that most employers interested in a good reputation are aware that negative reviews are a reason to study and correct mistakes in recruiting and business processes,” noted the service’s press service.
Most often, manufacturing companies, service organizations, wholesale and retail trade, and hotel and restaurant businesses struggle with bad reviews on the Internet.
Companies with a staff of 1,000 or more people deal with negativity on the Internet more actively than small and medium-sized businesses.
