Almost every fifth worker never heard praise from his boss. In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
6 out of 10 respondents remembered when the leadership thanked them for the work for the last time: 17% in the last few days, 12% — from a week to a month, 14% — from 1 to 6 months ago, 5% — from 6 months to a year ago, 14% remembered the gratitude received more than a year ago.
The authorities thank women more often than men. Those who earn up to 100 thousand rubles are more often than those whose salary is higher. Residents of Crimea, earning more than average, explain: “Only negative. Praise also requires material reward. ”
17% of the workers said that the leadership never thanked them: “For 15 years of work — not once”, “only scolds.”
