In Crimea, leaders trust the team more than subordinates to them

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
76% of the inhabitants of Crimea to one degree or another trust colleagues, 76%-to the direct manager, and 74%-the employer company.
The bosses trust subordinates more — 84% of managers rely on their team. Top and midl-managers believe that without trust, productive work is impossible: “If you do not trust, dismiss”; «Otherwise, you need to change the place of work.» However, the principle of “trust, but check” remains relevant.
Men trust colleagues more than women (82% versus 71%, respectively). Women often demonstrate loyalty to the company (79% versus 70% among men). 3 out of 4 workers trust the direct authorities, but unconditional trust is more characteristic of women than men (32 and 25%).
