In Crimea, marketers, teachers and doctors most often complain about large overtime
CrimeaPRESS reports:
52% of Crimeans overwork, according to average estimates, they work almost a third longer than required by the terms of the employment contract. Employed representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Only 1 out of 3 Crimeans (35%) do not have to work overtime. 52% are systematically processed — an average of 33% of the norm of working time per month. The more respondents earn, the fewer among them are those who never stay late after the end of the working day: if among those surveyed with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles. their 45%, then among the townspeople with a salary of over 80 thousand rubles. — only 29%— noted in the press service of the service.
Among the representatives of common professional groups, the vast majority of marketers are forced to work overtime (71%). The majority of doctors (64%) have to work outside of working hours, the duration of overtime for doctors is also significantly higher than the average for the labor market (43% of the norm). Overtime is habitual for 6 out of 10 teachers, the duration of processing is also rather big (37%).
Sales managers (51%) and call-center operators (44%) work somewhat less often than others, while those who work after the end of the working day have overtime for about a quarter of their working time (which, however, is also quite a lot).
