In Crimea, men use the right to vacation less often

Employed representatives of the economic population from Crimea took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
9% of Crimeans went on vacation more than 2 years ago, another 10% have never taken a vacation at their current place of work (although their work experience allows this). Men use the right to vacation less often: the last time they took a vacation was more than two years ago, 12% of men and 7% of women, 12% and 8% of women, respectively, have never gone on vacation.
For 91% of citizens, going on vacation does not cause moral torment in front of management, colleagues and clients. Only 3% feel guilty. Men are slightly more likely than women (4 and 2%, respectively). Respondents under 34 years of age are slightly more likely than those who are older. Managers, engineers, doctors and nurses, accountants, and skilled workers most often shared concerns about going on vacation.
