In Crimea, more than 80% of mortgage loans for individual housing construction are issued within the framework of preferential state programs

RNKB Bank issued more than 80% of loans for individual housing construction in Crimea within the framework of state programs of preferential mortgage lending at reduced interest rates from 3%. Since the start of the program for lending to individual housing construction (IZhS), the RNKB Bank has issued mortgage loans for these purposes for a total amount of about 850 million rubles. At the same time, about 700 million rubles were issued under the Mortgage with State Support, Family Mortgage, Rural Mortgage, and IT Mortgage programs. The average loan check for individual housing construction is 4.15 million rubles. Most often, borrowers issue loans for the construction of a house in the Simferopol region with an area of ​​​​about 100 square meters. m., while stone or SIP panels are most often used for construction.

It should be noted that today RNKB is a key bank in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, which launched a special program for lending to individual housing construction in the region. Within the framework of this program, the borrower can apply for a mortgage loan for the purchase of a land plot with the simultaneous construction of a residential building. You can also apply for a mortgage loan for the construction of a residential building according to the standard projects of the developer on a land plot owned by the borrower.
