Managerial employees, judging by feedback from recruiters, are more disciplined: the average percentage of no-shows for an interview among them is 16%, among line personnel 3 out of 10 do not get to an interview without good reason, among junior staff — 4 out of 10, — noted in the press service of the service.
In Crimea, 23% of HR managers said that when hiring employees for management positions, all applicants come for interviews; in hiring line personnel, only 10% of managers noted 100% turnout, and in hiring junior personnel — only 4%.
Judging by the responses from recruiters, on Friday evening or Monday morning, and even if bad weather is promised, interviews can only be scheduled for candidates for management positions. 6 out of 10 company representatives observe that turnout for an interview depends on the weather, every second depends on the time of day, and another 46% depends on the day of the week.
