In Crimea now there is a department of state control in the field of tourism
Krympress reports:
In addition, the department can carry out control purchases in order to check the compliance of the category or type of placement of the actual conditions for the provision of services.
At the moment, the department’s employees are underway to explain the self -esteem procedure. Until September 1, all accommodation facilities (hotels, sanatoriums, recreation centers, campsites, etc.) must undergo self -esteem — updating their information in the registry of classified objects. Without self -esteem, the recording from the register will be deleted, the activities of the placement funds will be suspended,-quoted the press service of the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Ganziy.
Self -esteem is the first stage of the classification, in which the object independently evaluates compliance with the established criteria. The form must be filled on a special rasakcreditation platform. After confirmation of information, the object is included in the federal register of classified accommodation facilities. The second stage — the star classification is provided as additional if the owner desired. Those accommodation agents that still have the current category — the assigned stardom, also must undergo self -esteem until September 1. The federal law provides for fines for violating the obligatory requirements of the legislation in the field of tourism, which entered into force on January 1, 2025, as well as the suspension of the work of accommodation funds not entered in the register. In particular, the provision of services for placement without including information in the register of classified accommodation facilities entails the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 50 thousand to 70 thousand rubles; For legal entities — from 300 thousand to 450 thousand rubles. For a repeated offense, fines are significantly increased.
The department is also carried out by state control in terms of the activities of guides and guides-translators. Since March 1, 2025, everyone who is engaged in excursion activities in Russia must pass certification. In the territory of the Republic of Crimea, like any other constituent entity of the Russian Federation, not a single guide, a guide instructor or guide translator has the right to provide activities without passed certification.
The certification procedure in the republic is carried out by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea. For its passage, it is necessary to submit the established package of documents through the public services portal, pass the exam, and then get the badge of the guide. This badge is a confirmation of the legality of the work of a specialist. By pointing the phone on the QR code on the badge, you can see that the guide is located in the federal register of guides.
To control the activities of guides, guides-translators and guide instructors, a special control regime is provided-a permanent raid on tourist and excursion routes.
Guides working without certification or identification card, guide instructors can be fined 7-10 thousand rubles; yur. Persons 50-100 thousand rubles. Unjustification by the instructor-conductor of the Ministry of Emergencies on escort on hazardous routes: 7-10 thousand rubles. For repeated violations, fines increase by 2-3 times.
