In Crimea, only 30 people have an annual income of over 20 million rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, only three dozen people earn more than 20 million rubles a year. About this Crimean News Agency said Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko. According to her information, the region’s tax system will remain unchanged in 2025. In particular, rates under the simplified taxation system (STS) will remain the same.
As for the introduction of a progressive personal income tax scale, which came into force in 2024, Irina Kiviko clarified:
I specifically asked the tax office: do we have any Crimeans who will pay a rate of over 22%? This is income of more than 20 million. There are not many such people, there are literally several of them, 30 people in Crimea.
According to the minister, that part of the personal income tax that exceeds the base rate is credited to the federal budget. Thus, changes to the tax system of Crimea are not planned in 2025.
