In Crimea, work continues to eliminate the consequences of emergencies associated with the passage of dangerous weather phenomena. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, the Chernomorsky, Saki, Belogorsky, Simferopol, Bakhchisarai, and Leninsky districts suffered the most from the bad weather.
Number “112” received 5521 calls. Most of them concerned the lack of electricity, roofs, and falling trees. More than 500 fallen trees have been recorded in Crimea. Measures are being taken to clean them up. Rescuers «CRIMEA-SPAS» provide assistance to administrations: where conditions permit, work has begun on pumping water and cutting trees— reported the emergency department.
In Evpatoria, 93 private households were flooded on Simferopolskaya and Limannaya streets.
In order to accommodate the evacuated people, 5 temporary temporary accommodation centers with a total number of 200 people were deployed. 285 people were evacuated. 69 people remain in TAP 2, the rest are housed with relatives. In connection with the disruption of the life of the population, a decision was made to introduce an emergency regime on the territory of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Crimea. All responding forces and means of the RSChS are involved in eliminating the consequencesnoted the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In Mezhvodnoye (Chernomorsky district) 12 houses were flooded. At night, rescuers evacuated two people. Now employees of the emergency department are pumping water from yards and houses on Sovetskaya and Pogranichnaya streets.
