In Crimea, as part of the All-Russian command and staff training on civil defense, the consequences of a simulated emergency at a chemically hazardous facility were eliminated. It should be noted that during these exercises, the most complex situation was simulated in each subject, taking into account the risks of emergency situations.
In Crimea, in all municipalities, training participants practiced various tasks. During the civil defense headquarters training, the work of 26 evacuation commissions was organized, prefabricated evacuation points and points for issuing personal protective equipment were deployed. The readiness to perform the tasks of non-standard civil defense units and emergency rescue units was tested— reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
The practical part took place in 3 municipalities. For example, according to one of the introductory notes, at a chemically hazardous facility there was an explosion and depressurization of a railway tank with the release of chlorine into the atmosphere.
During the exercise, notification, collection and organization of the work of control bodies and forces of the territorial subsystem of the RSChS were carried out. As part of the liquidation of the catch emergency, radiation and chemical observation posts, sanitary washing stations, special clothing treatment and equipment disinfection stations, a prefabricated evacuation point, and points for the distribution of personal protective equipment were also deployed. Based on the results of completing the assigned tasks, a meeting was held in video conferencing mode.
