In Crimea, restrictions have been introduced on the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them

On the territory of the Republic of Crimea, from April 25, 2024, for 21 calendar days, restrictions are introduced on the stay of citizens in forests, the entry of vehicles into them and the carrying out of certain types of work in forests to prevent the threat of emergency situations and ensure fire safety.

It is prohibited to make fires, carry out fire hazardous work, work using open fire in forests and natural ecosystems, in adjacent areas, including burning of logging residues and garbage, dry grass and household waste, agricultural burning and gas welding work.
Visiting forests is limited with the exception of recreational areas for citizens and hiking routes specified in Appendices No. 2 — No. 5 of the order, which are allowed to be used (visited) free of charge.

The restrictions specified in the order do not apply to persons carrying out activities on the use of forests in accordance with current legislation, including persons using forest areas for the purpose of carrying out recreational activities (providing recreational services) and persons located in these recreational forest areas ( receiving recreational services).
The management bodies and forces of the territorial subsystem for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations have been transferred to high alert mode.
The Ministry of Natural Resources of Crimea reminds that if a forest fire is detected, you must immediately notify the Crimean regional forestry dispatch service by phone: +7-978-000-01-92 or the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea by number 112.
