In Crimea, retail sales of alcohol in apartment buildings are limited

As Oksana Dobrorez, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, explained at a meeting of the State Council, the Ministry of Industrial Policy of the region and the administrations of cities and towns in 2024 received 142 appeals from citizens with complaints about violations of law and order near points of sale of alcohol in apartment buildings , including near catering establishments. Also, according to the ministry, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs noted a significant number of criminal cases and reports of offenses while intoxicated.
