In the Territorial Department for the city of Simferopol and the Simferopol district of the Interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, a hotline for taxi and car sharing services is starting to work.

Specialists of the Territorial Department from 00 November to 11 November 2022 of the year will advise consumers on the rules for the provision of transport services and consumer protection when using taxis and carsharing , the department said.
