At one of the training grounds of the Black Sea Fleet, located in the Crimea, specialists from the psychological service, together with officers from the combat training department, created a specialized obstacle course. At the moment, the strip is being tested by military personnel, in the future it is planned to introduce it into the training program for the mobilized.
According to the press service of the Southern Military District, a special scenario has been developed for the groups passing through the runway, which includes various psychological elements.
Soldiers passing through the strip land on the coast and overcome eleven sections that imitate various obstacles encountered on the battlefield. Each of these obstacles is designed to develop certain psychological skills and help participants overcome feelings of fear. In preparing the strip, the experience of modern armed conflicts was applied, including those obtained during a special military operation.
In order to create the most realistic environment, smoke bombs are actively used, blank ammunition is fired, audio accompaniment is organized with the sounds of armored vehicles, shell explosions, screams , — the message says.
In addition, to complicate the passage of the strip, special elements have been developed, during which the units find parts of the «secret» maps, then they must interact with other participants to collect the whole map in order to find the desired object on it. Even during the fulfillment of the standard for overcoming the lane, military personnel carry out the evacuation of conditionally wounded with overcoming difficult terrain.
