According to Kombarov, the number of problems in the solution of which veterans of a special military operation and their relatives turn to the Union today, today has become much less than before.

The flow of questions and problems, fortunately for us and military personnel, came to a minimum. Of course, there are errors due to electronic programs or this is a human factor, but in isolated cases, and as soon as possible, they are eliminated— said Combarov.

What is solved in manual mode

Some issues still have to be resolved in manual mode and today, he noted. So, for example, for the first time in the Union of Veterans in Crimea from the fighter’s family, a request received a request to help with prolonging a certificate to accrue benefits for children.

It turned out that the previous document, in 2024, issued a military unit with a lively seal, but now it is difficult to do this. The Union turned to the financial calculation point in Sevastopol, but even there the document had to be ordered twice until all the nuances were agreed with the social service.

In social services, an electronic signature is not accepted, it is considered invalid, since it cannot check that it is not printed on a private printer, they cannot, require the originals of seals and signatures. The FRP is now preparing an official letter, where the details of the certificate will be spelled out, there will be an electronic signature, but where they will put their living printing, thereby confirming the reality of the certificate. Such a reference in the certificate— Combarov shared.

According to him, now the Veterans Union is dealing with this case to exclude the possibility of repeating the problem with other families of fighters.

Each problem that arises, not necessarily related to the Ministry of Defense and military personnel, but also in civilian life, requires amendments, additional adoption of measures. We sent requests to social services to clarify the information on how to simplify this procedure— said Kombarov.

He recalled that a year ago, it was extremely difficult for the families of fighters in the Zone of Svo, it was extremely difficult to get a certificate of form No. 5 (“participant in a special military operation”) to use benefits, but the problem was dramatically resolved, and now you can order a document on the public services website and sent in electronic form, he emphasized.

Some problems related again with the need to reduce the bureaucracy can be solved thanks to the help of the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov and the chairman of the State Council Vladimir Konstantinov, Kombarov said.

What other help fighters await

Most often, veterans apply for consultations on the issues of obtaining a plot of land or compensation for the property they put. Also, work is being successfully conducted on the employment of demobilized ones — as a rule, they choose work “closer to the military profession,” said the chairman of the Union of Veterans of Svo.

More often they choose, with regard to the army. These are teachers in educational institutions, military schools, because we also have military departments. On a systematic basis, instructors conduct courage lessons in schools-with a educational-material base, equipment. There are military personnel who go to private security enterprises. And someone goes to entrepreneurs, opens his IP— said Combarov.

Another important area is medical assistance to the participants of the SV. As in other issues, here an individual approach to each soldier was summed up by the chairman of the Union of Veterans of Svo.
