In Crimea, SVO soldiers are selected for training under the “Time of Heroes” Program

Testing of participants in the “Time of Heroes” project, created on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, continues. This is a training program for air defense soldiers who, in peaceful life, will be able to prove themselves in leadership positions in government agencies.

Starting April 22, registration for testing at assessment points in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol is being conducted. On May 15, points will be added to them in 43 more cities.

“Time of Heroes” involves training at the RANEPA School of Public Administration, and a transparent and advanced methodology is used to evaluate all participants.

I learned about the Time of Heroes Program and immediately decided to participate. I am confident that I will help the country achieve success not only on the battlefield. I have experience in personnel management, decision-making experience and I am ready to justify the President’s trust,” project participant Kirill emphasized.
